The house was as described, and located on a very new community about 25 mins from downtown Dubai. It was very new, had great fixtures and fittings and was easy to find and park up at, Melissa was very responsive in her replies to me but we did have problems, some resolved during the stay and others not. On the first day I informed Melissa the last user had clearly been smoking in the house, and that I had to head out and buy lots of air fresheners for each room. The smoke alarm batteries in 2 rooms needed replacing and so beeped continuously for a day before the maintenance guys came. The main bathroom shower drained very slowly so showers were taken very quickly to avoid it flooding the bathroom. Overall we had a good stay here, but the house needs to be properly fumigated so future users don’t need to put up with the smell of cigarette smoke.
A very communicative and responsive host... the villa is a treat away from the city hustle and bustle.
