New apartment with sea view located in the Municipality of Petrosino but only 15 minutes by car from the tourist port, the train and bus station and the historic center of Marsala. 30 minutes by car from Trapani Birgi-Marsala Airport. 5 minutes walk from Rina Russa beach and only 5 minutes by bike from the main beaches of Marsala. Easily reachable by car and, only in summer, also by bus "Marsala-Lidi Sud". Suitable for both individuals and families of up to 4 people. Entire apartment with veranda overlooking the sea, a kitchen/living room where there is also a sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Completely independent entrance. Courtyard\swimming pool\barbecue area located in the back of the building and, only in the summer, shared with my family.

Communication parfaite avec Giuseppe et Caterina, sa soeur, avant l'arrivée. Accueil on ne peut plus agréable puisque nous avons été invités à partager des grillades avec la famille. Le logement est nickel et l'emplacement idéal. Nous étions les premiers à y séjourner, tout est neuf, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (même du lait!). Avant de reprendre l'avion le matin, cette pause était parfaite : famille adorable, belle vue, lieu très calme, plage de sable magnifique (qui peut être ventée), possibilité d'admirer le coucher de soleil sur les marais salants à 30', et un restaurant parfait accolé à la maison. Nous conseillons vraiment ce logement.

Very quiet neighborhood, with an excellent fish restaurant adjacent to the apartment and a kiosk with excellent pizza just a five-minute walk away. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea within walking distance. Good location (depends on the type of wind) for kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing, etc. Other essential services (supermarket, ATM, etc.) just a few kilometers away (5 minutes by car).
Free street parking in front of the building. Apartment easily reachable by car or, only in summer, by the "Marsala-Lidi Sud" bus, which leaves every 45 minutes from the Marsala bus station and leaves you at the "Lidi Sibiliana" stop which is only a 10-minute walk from the 'apartment.
