Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed, 42-inch TV, closet. Bedroom 4/Office - Murphy bed that can turn into a large desk for working, Metal Wardrobe for clothes. Property is fully fenced. Pool is heated in the winter.

WOW! Went to Kerbys house for a family vacation. First impression from street I knew it was going to be a great home. Got inside and was not disappointed. Spent 90% of our time in the kitchen or in the pool! Both areas are excellent. Had a minor issue with timer for hot tub, so he came right out and took care of it. Excellent host and home. Thank you!!
Kerby was very friendly and responsive to the questions we had. The property was well beautiful and well kept. Will stay with him on future trips!

Great communication and lovely home close and centrally located for beaches, parks, restaurants etc. Kerby is a great host and very accomodating. My family really enjoyed our visit. A++ THE POOL, SPACE served our purposes well.
