The pre-check-in process was excessive. The house looked nice and matched the pictures, but a couple of weeks before the trip, I received a message saying I had to "complete" the booking on their website and to text or call Linda. This was inconvenient, and it took about 20 minutes to complete the process due to difficulties with their website. Although Linda helped, I had to re-enter the same information from my initial Airbnb booking, which was frustrating. Check-in day was the most aggravating. I didn't receive the address until 4 minutes before check-in, upsetting my family who were arriving by Uber. Linda was 20 minutes late and insisted on being there to give us the entry code instead of providing it in advance. When she finally arrived, she was very chatty about the property and the city, but we just wanted to settle in. While the house was nice, I wouldn't book with this owner again.

We had a great stay for a bachelorette party. The space is colorful, unique, and perfect for a larger group. The pool was fun and the neighborhood is quiet. Check in was a little stressful due to uncertainty in getting an early arrival time and not getting the address until check in. But after check in stress everything was great.
