Excelente ubicacion y departamento en Asuncion. Esta cerca del Shopping del Sol y Paseo de la Galeria. El departamento es tal cual las fotos y el edificio es muy moderno. Ademas cuenta con cochera por si vas con auto o alquilas uno. Definitivamente la proxima vez que este en Paraguay me volvere a hosperdar aqui.

I had a great stay at Mathias’s apartment. It was spacious and had a balcony. The washing machine was very useful for my trip. The building has 24 hour security and felt very safe. I could easily walk to a convenience store in 3 minutes and the malls and popular restaurants were a very short drive. The apartment is not very soundproof so you can hear the neighbors close their door and one neighbor had a dog that barked a lot, this was no fault of Mathias. Mathias and his team were very polite, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend 100% for solo travelers or two people.
