Grant’s place was as described. Nice house supplied with everything we needed. Very clean and attention to details throughout. Grant was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

10/10 recommend booking this home. This was by far one of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Not only was the space super clean, it was soooo comfortable. The home had extra touches for kids that were so helpful while traveling with a toddler- highchair, kids plates and utensils, toddler toilet seat, and pack-n-play. The outside porch space was really nice to eat dinner on and just to use to hang out. The area is great- lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. (We went to Proud Hound Coffee multiple days in a row) Grant was clear and responsive with directions for the home, and he was also quick to respond with any questions we had. We ended up leaving our toddlers stuffed animal there and were able to have it picked up within a day of leaving.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the perfect rest after long days of working and exploring. Our dog enjoyed the very nice fenced in backyard. It was a wonderful spot for our whole family to relax and unwind!

This newly remodeled and designed home was perfect for our family. We were celebrating our kids’ birthdays with a trip to Newport Aquarium and bonus time at a trampoline park. The hosts were so friendly and had great recommendations of things to do. The location was close to all the activities we did. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and tossing the football in the sunshine. One tip for others that are used to quiet country living, bring a sound machine if the noise from traffic will bother your sleep. We ended up using the upstairs bedrooms to sleep since they were quieter but we weren’t bothered by the street any other times of the day. We definitely recommend this gem!
