A large house close to the metro and many shops. Unfortunately the shared spaces aren’t being cleaned.

Owner is very friendly and helpful. The place has very cool garden, where you can chill and relax. :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Yerevan. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig in einem gemischten Wohngebiet und gleichzeitig nicht weit vom Zentrum, in wenigen Minuten kann man eine U-Bahn-Station erreichen. Generell ist die Ausstattung des Hauses etwas älter, die Küche ist eher nur als Teeküche geeignet. Das machte uns nichts, man kann in Yerevan sehr gut und günstig essen gehen.

We are lucky to have the whole house almost for ourselves during our stay. It is close to the supermarket and Metro. There are few things that needs improvement but are minimal. Zara was very responsive to all my questions starting from the inquiry until we check out. We highly recommend the place. Zara and her family made us feel we are part of their family, they made extra effort to guide us in and out of town. Her father Avo, knows little english but took the extra mile to help us on what we need. We are fortunate to stay on this place...we meet a new family and made new memories in Armenia. Thanks Zara and family!
