Our stay was lovely. The house was very cozy and the view was awesome!
When we arrived, we discovered that there was no hot water in the bathroom for a shower. The property manager and owner were outstanding in responding to us about the issue and the next day, they had someone come and work on the issue in the morning and then come back again that evening when the issue was still not corrected until we finally had hot water for a shower. The owner kindly offered to comp the stay as a result of the inconvenience of not being able to bathe but for some reason, Evolve would not allow the owner to provide that reimbursement. It's disappointing that the company drives those decisions instead of the owner of the property.
