very comfortible place

Had to confirm with the owner upon arrival that the overgrown yard and rusting vehicles in the yard was the place. Deck was rotted through and empty beer cans were scattered around the yard. Invested with beetles and dead bugs on the window sills. The hot water stopped after a few days and most of the appliances were not functioning. Definitely not worth the money.
