Families and pets will love the fully-fenced yard. The spacious garage, converted into a fun game room with a projector and 12 ft screen, pool table, and ping-pong, provides an extra space to get the fun going. Pets welcome for $15/night per pet (Airbnb doesn't have a way to include fee when booking, so this pet fee has to be collected after booking is complete). BEDROOMS: - Spacious queen bedroom - 2 Twin XL beds (can be pushed together to create a King-sized bed) BATHROOMS: - Tub/shower combo bathroom - Master ensuite with tub/shower combo AT THIS PROPERTY: - Fully-fenced yard - Covered Hot Tub - Cold-plunge tub - Sauna - Ping-pong table - Pool table - Projector with Amazon Firestick setup & 12 ft screen! - Volleyball court - 0.3 acre lot - 952 sqft interior This property is near Highway 2 and train tracks and although it a newer manufactured home with luxury upgrades, you may hear trains or traffic at random times. The noise does not bother most guests, however if you are sensitive to noise, please contact us and we can help match you with the perfect accommodation. STANDARD AT ALL TREE LINE RENTALS: - Amenity size body wash & conditioning shampoo - Standard drip coffeemaker - Fair trade ground coffee (2 pots), selection of teas, sugars - 4 rolls TP in each bathroom - 2 rolls paper towels in kitchen - Eco-friendly handsoap, dish soap, all purpose cleaner - Dishwasher detergent - 1.5x occupancy bath towels & wash cloths (minimum 4)

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The house was perfect for our family of four. The game space was amazing, but the heaters didn’t help with the how cold it was in the space. The property is surrounded by beautiful mountains and lots of fun hikes nearby!
Lived up to the listings expectations! Something for everyone! Fenced in yard allowed a peace of mind letting the dogs in and out as we as the kids. Hot tub was hot. Sauna was toasty. House was supplied with dry wood for burning & fresh TP rolls for bathroom scrolling. The house had a few kitchen extras we use normally (rice cooker) & the grill came with gas! Overall a wonderful stay!!
We had a nice weekend stay at Recreation Station. We cooked meals and played games and walked around in the snow! The space was a little small for our group of 4 adults. When we arrived it had recently snowed, a snow shovel for guests would be a great addition to the house.
Nice lot and great location if you are looking to spend time in index or Leavenworth and all places in between. The only disappointment is the gaming area has no heat so we did not use it because it was too cold.
We had a fantastic time at the Recreation Station! Easily accessible, but also very calm and private. The area is beautiful and there are a number of great day hikes within a few minutes drive. The Station itself was a relaxing stay, with all the amenities you need. The hot tub and sauna were great additions and playing some ping pong in the garage was a ton of fun. We'd love to stay here again!
