The place is full of charm, clean, and spacious. We loved the stained glass, the arch between the living room and the dinning area, the built in shelves, the hardwood floors, etc. The kitchen was big and beautiful. We were 4 people and spread out in 3 large rooms with very comfortable beds. We did ok with just one bathroom. Got organized :). Someone (previous renters, next door people?) had not disposed the trash appropriately and several bags were piling on the front door when we arrived. We contacted Brandon and he had someone taking care of that very quickly. He was very responsive throughout. Great host!

The place was even prettier than the pictures!! We enjoyed it so much and the beds were so comfortable.

Cute little upstairs place. Communication was good. We’d stay again if in the area. The place felt super safe with the door having 4 different locks. Not a bad location either.

Great cozy place. It is obvious a lot went into renovations - new kitchen & well equipped, nice dining room, quaint living area, comfortable beds. One thing I did not like - no curtains on the glass doors in two of the bedrooms. We could see the neighbors, which gave us an uncomfortable feeling. Also, getting dressed/changed in the bedroom was not an option since it wasn't private.
