Great house that we enjoyed!
We've stayed at a lot of airbnb's and this one was the family's best! Sometimes we like homes for different reasons or one person isn't happy. This time we all LOVED it. I just loved the neighborhood, floorplan and the landscaping. My kids loved the hot tub, tv room and pool! My husband loved the office, bbq, deck and main bedroom. the kitchen dining area is very open. Thank you for sharing your home with my family. On Monday the hot tub guy came at 7Am as I was getting into the tub and then the same Monday 9am the landscaper came and blew the top deck off the main bedroom. It was fine but we didn't realize they came so heads up to plan on it. It might be on the listing page and I missed it.
The house was great for our 9 guests which included 5 kids 2-7 years old. Backyard was great for the kids to play and explore and were able to use the hot tub and pool though weather wasn’t as cooperative. Hosts were super responsive and able to get us a few items that were needed by weeks end (propane gas and extra trash bags). Beach was a short drive a way and supermarket was right down the street which was helpful. Biggest feedback would be more detail instructions to start the fireplace as would have been nice to have on and feel like we weren’t going to blow up the house. Additionally communication around pool service and yard service. Pool guy put a ton of chemicals in both pool and hot tub but thankfully we were home as he had recommended to stay out for a day. Same thing as the lawn guy fertilized the lawn which the kids were playing in but we wouldn’t have known if he didn’t say something to us. Overall though great place and highly recommend!
We had such a great time at this house! It was within walking distance to local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. There is also great trail nearby. My kiddos had such a fun time in the backyard, pool, and spa. There was PLENTY of room for our family of 6…we could of had another small family stay with us. The weather was great, and the breeze throughout the house was amazing. We LOVED our staycation:)
