Pool Table! This incredible 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom luxury home is designed to accommodate groups of up to 12 in style and comfort … Can you believe that every bedroom has its own private bathroom! Four of the rooms have walk-in showers and the other two have tub showers (just in case those little ones need a bath)! The master suite has a LARGE shower with multiple shower heads and a steam option too. The double sinks are accompanied by a very comfortable sauna room to relax and steam the body after a long day of skiing or hiking! Outside the windows of the Great Room is a magnificent view of the mountainside. It is truly breathtaking. Perfect place to sip on some coffee or hot cocoa and watch the snow fall outside, while a fire blazes in front of you (unless it’s summer😅). And a HEATED garage!! The Great Room is the first room you see when you enter this home! Immediately you're drawn into the vast vaulted ceiling that stretches windows from the floor all the way up. This allows you to see a 180 degree view of the mountainside and some beautiful sunsets that blanket the neighborhood! In the middle of all this is a magnificent stone fireplace that can be seen from the inside and deckside side. Two large doors allow you step out onto the deck and bring the mountains even closer into view. The kitchen is an open warm space that easily views the Great Room and the scenery beyond. It's an open space for family to sit/stand and talk while food is prepared on a large gas stove. The countertops are a gorgeous marble with deep brown cabinets overlooking them. A huge island with a sink and bar stools makes for a great place to eat finger foods and enjoy conversation! There are 2 sets of laundry units; one on the main floor and the other on the upper level. WIFI is throughout the home and each TV contains a Amazon FireTV stick (with exception of Bedroom 6 - bunkbed room and the basement TV - it is a Roku Smart TV). SLEEPS 13: Master Suite: *Mountain Views, King size bed, TV, Sauna, Fireplace, Heated Floors, 2 sinks, huge shower Upper level: Bedroom 2: *Queen bed, single sink, TV, bathtub style shower Bedroom 3: *Queen bed, single sink, TV, walk-in shower Bedroom 4: *Queen bed, double sink, TV, walk-in shower Lower Level: Bedroom 5: *2 Full beds, single sink, TV, tub style shower Bedroom 6: *Bunk bed (top - twin; bottom - full), trundle, bathroom with walk-in shower just outside the door Basement: This area is where you'd go to lounge and watch that holiday movie or football game! A large 65" TV is located in front of a large, plush and comfortable couch. The pool table stands in confidence behind the couch just waiting for a heated or playful game of pool! Please be respectful and careful of the felt surface, especially when kids are playing. There is a mini fridge, microwave and sink available for some late night drinks or yummy popcorn. Hot Tub: Located just outside the basement area, the hot tub sits so you can view the mountainside in all its glory! This is a wonderful spot to hang out and enjoy the outdoors IN the steamy water. We would appreciate that small children would not be allowed inside the hot tub. We are NOT responsible for hot tub misuse. Please be aware of the neighbors and keep sound levels to a minimum (this neighborhood reserve really is all about relaxation and respect). SPECIAL NOTES – PLEASE READ - NO Pets / NO Smoking. - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. - Parking: 2-car garage - The space length measurements are: Left side - 233" inches Right side - 225" inches ****So be sure to know your vehicle lengths before trying to park in the garage! 2-car driveway (it's tight) The driveway is shared when you enter the property, but then it forks off into two different directions. These 2 spots will NOT fit full size trucks w/ long beds. You may park in the street, but those vehicles CANNOT stay there overnight. They will get called into local law enforcement (the neighbors won't allow it). There is overnight parking about a mile away - I can provide directions and location. -Shared driveway - You HAVE to be respectful and not block any part of their driveway (even when unpacking). Street parking is available during the day, however banned from 11pm to 6am (STRONGLY enforced by locals and enforcement). - Like most homes in Frisco, there is NO air conditioning. - PLEASE NOTE: A four-wheel drive vehicle is encouraged November through May. - STR License #012921
