The room has massive Pella floor to ceiling windows that offer amazing views of the grounds as well as the lake. Kitchen Fully appointed kitchen with everything to make amazing meals. Granite counters, top of the line appliances and lots of cabinets and counter space make this a great kitchen to work in. There is a 4 person dining table in the breakfast area and a formal 8 person dining table. Outside has an 8 person dining table. Half Bath Half bath offers guest a bathroom without entering the private living areas. There are (2) full sized washer/dryers onsite. Master Bedroom Gel Memory Foam King sized bed with a gel topper is one of the most comfortable beds you’ll sleep in. There are floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake with plantation shutters to offer maximum privacy and a dark, quiet sleeping environment. Master bath is en-suite with a large walk-in closet and full bath. Bedroom #2 Fun bunk setup has a full sized bed up top and (2) twin beds below, making this room a great bunk room for the kids. Bedroom #3 Gel Memory Foam Queen in here. There are floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake with plantation shutters to offer maximum privacy and a dark, quiet sleeping environment. Bathroom #2 Shared by Bedroom #2 & 3 is a full bath. Guesthouse A stand alone guesthouse offers a huge private space with amazing views of the lake and a full length balcony with chairs overlooking the lake. Full kitchen and en-suite bath make this a standalone private home like a honeymoon suite. Gel Memory Foam King sized bed with a gel topper is one of the most comfortable beds you’ll sleep in. There is a day bed couch that is also a twin bed and a smart 65” TV for entertainment. It’s the ideal space for a couple that wants privacy or a space to put a group of teens. Rooftop Deck Massive rooftop deck over the boathouse has (4) chaise lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas and a Bluetooth stereo making it a great place to get a tan, watch the sunset over the lake or to have a few drinks in the evening. Outdoor Kitchen One of the best outdoor kitchens on the lake! Massive Texas BBQ smoker, gas grill and best of all an amazing full-sized wood burning pizza oven with cut aged Pecan wood included. Additionally there are some barstools to sit and have some drinks while you make a great meal. Covered patio Relax and enjoy some music from another Bluetooth stereo, this covered patio overlooks the outdoor kitchen and has direct access to the house and the kitchen. Ping Pong Full size ping pong table on the outdoor patio is a great place for a ping pong tournament. Grounds Landscape and lush grounds offers privacy and make this home feel like a resort. There are several gardens and areas just to relax. Hammock Take the ultimate nap on the hammock under towering Cypress trees on the peninsula. Quiet incredible views of the lake makes napping here incredible. Water Toys We have kayaks and paddle boards that you are welcome to use. Just toss them off the dock and go for a ride. Fishing You can see massive 5+ pound bass swimming under the dock on private 5 acre lake access lagoon just waiting to give you a great fight. Boats/Jet Skis Have a boat? Bring it! We have plenty of seawall dock space to tie up too. Don’t have a boat? We have contacts for boat rentals JetSki? We have several contacts for jetski rentals by the hour or the day. Lake Travis is empty, Lake Austin is constant level so there is always water at your dock. IMPORTANT------> PLEASE READ THIS: The home is a resort on Lake Austin. It’s a private Oasis and it’s just minutes from downtown BUT it’s a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. We love our neighbors and think you will as well BUT this is: NOT THE PLACE FOR A WILD WEEKEND. We have a strict noise policy and a maximum guest policy of 12 people over night and no more that 14 people on the property at any give time, NO EXECPTIONS. Violating the noise policy or the maximum guest policy will result in an immediate termination of your stay with no refund. We have not had a problem yet and hope to never have a problem, so if you think your group will be having a wild weekend, please consider another property.
