There is a lot to love about this AirBnb offering. Berhane is an excellent host. He sets up the home immaculately, and everything is very neat and clean. The space radiates good vibes. Berhane responds very quickly to any question or request and has all the answers. This AirBnb has new and modern furniture throughout and a wonderful view of the Des Moines cityscape. At night the city sparkles out the windows. There is plenty of parking and secure access. The price makes this home the best value I have found on AirBnb. If you are looking for a great AirBnb experience, this is the place!

We visit Des Moines every spring. This year we didn’t want to take the hit of the ridiculous hotel prices. I did a search on Airbnb and thought Berhane’s condo at the Lyon would be a good fit. I really enjoyed the view, quiet neighbors and being so close to the shops and restaurants of the East Village. The fitness studio has brand new equipment, and nice variety, which I really enjoyed. The common areas of the building seem to be in some state of being remodeled. The unit was very clean and inviting. I would stay here again. We felt it was a good value.
