The apartment is located on the third floor of a standalone building. It is accessible via STAIRS ONLY. We have parking space for one car. LIVING, DINING, & BEDROOM The studio is an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining, and bedroom, all in a single space. There is one queen size bed and one single bed. There is a smart TV with a FREE NETFLIX subscription for all your entertainment needs along with a high speed reliable FREE WiFi connection (40 Mbps). We understand the importance of a good internet connection. The apartment has one balcony attached to the room. BATHROOM There is one bathroom with a shower and western style toilet. We have running water throughout the day along with geysers for hot water. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with a fridge, stove, toaster, water dispenser, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, mixer grinder, cooking utensils, and cutlery and crockery. Essentially everything you need to prepare and serve yourselves a great meal. OTHER UTILITIES The apartment also has an ironing table and a clothes drying stand which can be used by the guests. We have a common washing unit for all apartments. SAFETY The apartment building has a caretaker who is present 24x7. There are CCTV cameras in the common areas for additional security purposes.
