Tuan's place near the beach was overall fantastic. The proximity to the beach, just a short 2-3 minute walk away, was truly convenient. Tuan was exceptionally responsive and considerate, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I appreciated the warm greetings from the receptionist each time I passed by. The room itself was comfortable, and the location offered great value for the price. However, the only hiccup was with the provided separate router. While it worked fine for the first couple of days, I encountered difficulty detecting the WiFi signal afterward. Despite informing Tuan about the issue initially, it persisted, leading me to rely on the building's main WiFi network, which unfortunately proved too slow for remote work purposes. Nevertheless, if you're primarily using WiFi for casual browsing or phone usage, it should suffice. Overall, despite the minor connectivity inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

Es riecht im Zimmer. Wenn man die Klimaanlage an ist wird es besser. Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern. Im Badezimmer sollte die Lüftungmal gereinigt werden
