Only after contacting the Airbnb support service did the hostess hear me. This mistress has a lot of housing. She couldn't accommodate us in her accommodation and she had to cancel the reservation. She knew that I would lose money if the accommodation was canceled on my part (if only because I informed her about it). This is a very unpleasant situation.
