This property was fantastic! It easily accommodated 8 of us in town for my son’s graduation. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling on the rooftop deck and the location was superb. The neighbors were a little loud the first night we were there but they didn’t continue too late. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Last minute booking due to another host ghosting us - great experience, ideal for a bigger group! Great price for the location (right next to Venice Beach) which explains why it is not the most new/modern/fancy option

Unterkunft entspricht leider nicht den Fotos, sehr renovierungsbedürftig viele Möbel müssen ausgetauscht werden, Teppiche, Matratzen schmutzig und fleckig, Möbel auf der Dachterrasse sind nicht benutzbar, der Grill absolut verrostet und verwendbar. Trostlose Umgebung, zum St. Monica Pier ist es ungefähr eine Stunde zu Fuß. Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

The location was amazing and was only 5 min to the beach. Place has awesome rooftop patio and lots of natural lighting. Furniture and furnishings were on the older side and it is a beach house but you can’t beat the location and the free parking so close to the beach. Would happily stay there again and was able to fit 6 adults comfortably. BBQ at the roof was awesome and beautiful with the string lights!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! J.R. was incredibly responsive and attentive to our questions and needs throughout our stay, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. He even messaged us before our arrival to make sure we established early communication about our stay. The location was perfect for us, easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. We especially appreciated the beautiful natural lighting that filled the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the rooftop deck. It offered stunning views and was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Additionally, having a dedicated covered garage was incredibly convenient and added to the overall ease of our stay.
