The house was nice for the money. It was close to the event venue we were in Florida to attend for the week. No cable TV and we visited during March Madness and could not watch any basketball games and no local news channels for local happenings or weather. The location of the house was terrible. The neighbors house was so run down and the windows were always open with lots of yelling and noise. The street had several run down houses and lots of trash in the yards. The businesses on the street turning into the neiborhood are closed or completely run down. It did not feel safe. The back yard of the house is not a place you can relax or just sit outside after a long day. There is nothing you can do outside of the home. No table or chairs. I would give the overall stay a 4 out of 10.

We enjoyed our visit to Marlin House. It was just as pictured, great kitchen and shower. We appreciated the in-unit laundry facilities. The neighborhood was super quiet, great for walking, close to shopping, an easy ride to the beaches. We're not much for eating out, so I can't speak to that, although there were plenty of restaurants around. Keisha was easy to contact and very responsive. We were sad to leave and would stay there again.

Lovely duplex. Clean, quiet, functional and Keisha made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
