We had a brief stay for a funeral in Baton Rouge. But the house was terrific, very clean and comfortable. We had about 20 of us 6 adults and 14 children from babies to 12 years old. We didnt spend much time at the house but without exception everyone wished we had more time. What a beautiful place and so inviting. In everyway the home was well stocked and ready to settle in! Was a bit confused as one bedroom is alone on ground level which we did not anticipate. We would absolutely return to this property if our travels bring us back to Baton Rouge area!
Pool was dark green and they would not fix it during the entire week long stay. House was dirty - sticky handles in kitchen, floor was dirty, under the fridge (visible from everywhere) was trash and filth. Trash left on the deck. Outdoor furniture was moldy and unusable. 5th bedroom is detached and the lights didn't work. Detached rooms don't work with kids. Also had dead bugs under the blankets in the fifth room. Upstairs bathroom toilet slides around on the floor. 1 bathroom is only accessible from outside - again, doesn't work with kids. They entered the house while we were away without notification. Left a broken stovetop outside in the common area - not safe for kids running past. They were very polite, but this house was obviously not their priority.

The place was as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. There was a lot of space for the kids to play both inside and outside. Our host was very responsive and provided information requested very quickly. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor which was perfect for our group. Both the kids and the adults enjoyed the hammock swings and the hammock. There were a few very minor things that were not in perfect working order, including the faucet in the kitchen sink. But we were able to work around it, and it did not affect our visit. We will definitely be back and i have already recommended it to other family members.
