You want to go down and enjoy Le Moulleau, where everything is right there below you: restaurants, stores, ice-cream parlors, bike rentals, the pier to Cap Ferret opposite, the Banc d'Arguin, Ile aux Oiseaux and Le Ferret. The icing on the cake is the private exit to the beach ! Super logement très bien placé
Petit studio sympathique. Tout l'espace est optimisé. Les pieds dans l'eau sont un atout indéniable. Bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Un petit plus serait un accès au grand parking privé de la résidence, cela simplifierait le stationnement.
Logement parfait !!!! Petit défaut pas de place de parking du coup il faut payer, mais sinon parfait !!!
Très bel appartement idéalement situé au Moulleau avec une vue incroyable Petit mais très bien agencé avec goût Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité Le seul bémol pas de place de parking, il serait bon d indiquer sur l annonce que le stationnement est payant à l extérieur.
Bien satisfait, descriptif et photos conformes à l'annonce en ligne. Un petit moins est qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking dans ce centre ville où toutes les places sont payantes. A par cela tout fût parfait *****

- Typical market in La Teste, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, Pyrenean cheese, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes etc., guaranteed atmosphere, a glass of white wine or coffee at the end!
- Les Halles d'Arcachon, with its famous indoor and outdoor markets
- Dune du Pyla (4km)
- Andernos-les-Bains (40 km, 53 min by car)
- Bordeaux (66 km, 50 min by car)
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon.
Take advantage of all its attractions, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb fin-de-siècle houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bay.
At midday, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports: the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or Gujan, or the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request). Then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla. If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées.
In summer, shuttles leave from the Moulleau jetty just down the road (ask about tide times...).
Take a trip down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide, or take your kayak on your own. Numerous cycle paths will take you to Arcachon and across to Dune du Pyla.

- Arcachon train station 5 km (10 min by car)
- Bus line 3 every hour, stops at the bottom of the residence, runs from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla.
- Bordeaux airport (65 km, 52 min by car)
