The master bedroom with luxurious superking mattress and bedding, air-con / heating in my recently renovated Manchester home. Featuring the most comfortable mattress and bedding, pillows and towels supplied to guests. The home has been redesigned as a modern smart home. The bathroom features a spa-jet bath, Japanese-style toilet, and heated floors. The dining room is perfect for working at home with access to my gigabit fibre broadband. Free on-street parking and easy access to public transport. The house is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom terraced smart home. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, a cinema room and large kitchen with all modern appliances and cooking amenities. Guests are welcome to use the dining room and kitchen, however the cinema room isn't offered as a space for guests. On the first floor, guests will have access to the large master bedroom and the shared bathroom. The house is always kept meticulously clean and tidy, we like it to remain a calm and inviting space for all guests.

Excellent as usual
Myself and my partner stayed at Jeremy’s’ to attend an event nearby, regardless of our little time spent in the house- Jeremy was always on hand with help and information about the extremely modern and efficient amenities, always offering to lend a hand. The house is immaculate with special attention to functionalities of basic needs. We were impressed by the abundance of little day to day things he had upgraded himself and was happy to explain all of it. Above all, Jeremy was extremely friendly and approachable and gave us the space and info we needed when we needed it, 0 hassle, just present and calm when needed. Even with the short time spent in the house we enjoyed it. 100% recommend

My house is in the quiet and nicer part of Moston. All my neighbours are families and the area always feels safe and peaceful.
There is free on-street parking, there are always plenty of free parking spaces on the street near the house. It's about a 10 minute drive into Manchester City Centre from my house. About a 25 minute drive to Manchester Airport outside peak times.
Public transport links are great also - only a short 2 - 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, it's about a 20 minute bus into Manchester City Centre, the nearest tram stop is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the house, but the tram to the city is only 7 minutes.

I've been a regular Airbnb traveller since 2012, having stayed in dozens of places for both work and pleasure all over the world. Before I left Australia I was also an AirBnb host for 18 months. I currently host a Ukrainian refugee in my guest bedroom, and I'm now renting the master bedroom on Airbnb in my beautifully rented and peaceful Manchester home.
