Charming modern apartment with furnished courtyard, 10 minutes from Corso Italia, in the heart of Catania. The apartment boasts elegant furnishing elements combined with vaulted ceilings and walls with exposed stones. The highlight of the apartment is the large furnished courtyard with dining area and sun loungers, decorated with beautiful plants. The entrance opens onto the living area, which includes a living room with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a television, and a modern kitchen with an island complete with dishwasher, microwave and dining area. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Guests will benefit from amenities such as wifi connection, washing machine, iron, heating and air conditioning. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with local people. A great flat, in a quiet neighborhood. A bit far from the city centre, but walkable (35-40 min). Great garden, but the wifi connection wasn't great outside.
Great place. Everything is new. Garden is great for breakfast and enjoying the sun. Fast wifi. Highly recommend.
Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber hatten sogar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank und fürs Frühstück Sachen besorgt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super, jederzeit zu erreichen und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wunderschöner großer Garten.
This was a fantastic stay, the place is beautiful and very modern, they included some welcome drinks and snacks which was a very nice touch. The place is located in a good place you can get to almost everywhere by a 30 minute walk. There are many restaurants, shops and bakeries around and there are also other transport options which I didn’t really use. Catania Centrale and the bus station are only 25 minutes walking and allowed us to go to many different cities we even went to Palermo with a bus that takes 2h30m. Thank you so much for everything the place is amazing and if ever back in Catania would love to come back here. Grazie

The city of Catania can boast a splendid historic center, protected by Unesco as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, but also the liveliness of the popular markets, the wild beauty of Mount Etna and the clear sea of the coast will captivate you.
The Cathedral of St. Agatha (the city's patron saint), the Bellini Theater, the popular markets, Via Etnea, the splendid Benedictine Monastery (home of the University's Department of Human Sciences) and Mount Etna are just some of the wonders of this city.
Of course, it is impossible to leave out the traditional culinary delights of Catania, such as arancini (yes, they are called masculine here!), iris (fried or baked stuffed bombs), olivette di Sant'Agata, and brioche with granita. All to be tried!
And for lovers of barbecued horsemeat, a symbol of Catania's gastronomic tradition, a must stop is via del Plebiscito, a street in the historic center flooded with the unmistakable scent of the ever-burning embers.
Another not-to-be-missed stop just outside Catania is the coast, and in particular the Gulf of Acitrezza, an enchanting location that, with its stacks, was chosen by Giovanni Verga as the setting for his most famous novel, "i Malavoglia."
Catania Fontanarossa airport is a 20 minutes-drive from the accommodation, while Catania Central Station is 2 km away.
