I stayed in Unit B3 and the view of the Gulf is outstanding. You can't see completely 180 but it is an amazing vista with incredible sounds of wind and surf. I visited in late Fall and did not find I needed to run the AC at all. It can get pretty hot in the afternoon but the breeze keeps things cool inside. It's a no-frills place, but the internet/TV worked great and the few times I needed anything Roger answered my questions quickly. You are right next to the Malecon, but about 1 mile (1.6km) from the Pier/Muelle so things are pretty quiet there.

This Airbnb was a gem! We stayed for a month and would’ve extended if it was possible. It’s comfortable, has great internet, a nice kitchen and a super comfortable bed. We swam every day and loved spending our evenings on the balcony.

Unbeatable price and deal! Beautiful scenery and location. We stayed for 10 days and will return again. It is a no frills apartment, and the amazing and super convenient location is what you are really paying for. It is bright and airy with all the windows open. The TV & WIFI are great. Roger is upfront about the AC being in only the bedrooms. This might be fine in the cooler months (November to March) but in the extreme heat of the summer, not having AC in the living/dining area is quite uncomfortable, even with the ceiling fans. A trade off for the amazing price. Of note, the .5 bathroom is a toilet in a storage/cleaning room, & not really usable. The beach, right in front of the building, is quiet and gorgeous. There are so many restaurants and places to explore (more budget friendly ones are found a block or two in from the beach). We'll be back.
