Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Nice clean spacious place with all the amenities of home. Perfect for what I needed. Will stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kevin and Julieanne are wonderful hosts, very warm and friendly. The accommodation is immaculately clean, and in a lovely quiet area. We stayed over Easter and on Easter Sunday we were surprised with some very delicious homemade hot cross buns on our door step. A lovely touch. I would highly recommended this Airbnb to anyone.

We live in a quite street where our guests will have access to a strata club house, pool and tennis courts. The club house is a 2 min walk from the house, located on the corner of Singleton Avenue and Palace Street. The fob to access the pool and club house is located in the granny flat.
We have a friendly, respectful neighbours.
We have free street parking .
We have bus stops walking distance from our home which can take you to the local shopping centres (although these are only a 15 min walk away).
We also have buses that can take you straight into Sydney city or closer Parramatta CBD.
