FREE PARKING, LONG TERM DISCOUNTS This is a two-story townhome/apartment located in a pleasant alley in downtown Frederick. The downstairs has the large kitchen, dining and living areas, while the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. The home has central A/C which can be set at the temperature you desire.

Tom and Angie have a hidden gem with this spot. It is walkable for downtown Frederick areas and accessible to many restaurants. They gave me a ton of options and recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive. The house looks just like the pictures and I enjoyed my stay. I recommend 10/10 and would definitely come back to visit!
Loved staying here. The owners were so responsive and friendly. They even came out to salt when it was going to snow, despite their busy schedule. They also left us extra salt and a shovel we ended up not needing it, but great to have. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch. I would absolutely stay here again!!
This little place is a jewel. It is a small, hidden property down a quiet alley right on the edge of lively downtown/historic Frederick. Parking right out back, easy in through the coded door into a lovely, well appointed first floor that flows from the beautiful Kitchen to dining area to a comfie small living room. The two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable and get wonderful light. The bathroom is well appointed-pretty. The owners are very nice. They followed up and checked in but weren't intrusive. A nice bottle of wine awaited me in the kitchen and top tier toiletries in the shower area. The inside of the property was absolutely squeaky clean. Wonderful. I hope to stay there again!
Tom and Angie's place is super nice and very accommodating. Their place is clean, quiet, and welcomes the weary traveler. The 5 Star rating speaks for itself. Just minutes away from all the terrific restaurants Frederick has to offer. Everything is in walking distance. I also appreciated that their place is about 20 minutes away from both the C&O Canal and Appalachian Trail. Be sure to add Tom and Angie's place to your "Favorites" and make a reservation!
The location was great, and the place was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The hosts were very responsive to any issues or questions we had about the area. While we encountered a bit of noise from neighbors due to ongoing renovations, the host's swift response and immediate action to address the issue left us impressed. It's clear that they genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. They gave us good restaurant recommendations around the area and even offered to drop off a shovel in the middle of a snowy day. The note and the wine were a great welcoming gift and nice touch. Thank you for the lovely experience! We highly recommend staying here!

Downtown Frederick, once a sleepy city center surrounded by mountains and Civil War battlefields, is now a sought-after Maryland neighborhood that mixes historic sites with hip destinations.
Frederick became a full-blown bedroom community to Washington, D.C., and Baltimore with the advent of the MARC commuter rail system in the 2000s. Now, Downtown Frederick appeals to nature lovers with recreation attractions like the Catoctin Mountains and Gambrill State Park, located within 20 miles. For history buffs, Monocacy National Battlefield, the National Museum of Civil War Medicine and Schifferstadt Architectural Museum are all located here. The church spires that inspired the lines in a John Greenleaf Whittier poem still scatter the skyline, and 19th-century warehouses have been given new life as restaurants or event centers.
Fanning out from the thoroughfare of Market Street, the area is filled with attached row houses and historic town houses dating to the 1800s. Downtown Frederick is now known for its distinctive shops and restaurants. The area reflects a historic character with period-style lighting and brick-textured buffers.
There is space for up to three cars using the parking spaces we provide our guests. The recommended means to getting around within the downtown area is by walking, with most destinations on N. Market street being within approximately half a mile away. Carrol creek is .6 mile away and also a pleasant walk. Public transportation using the MARC train is also within walking distance and takes you directly to DC. Outside of the city there are plenty of things to do, such as visiting the parks and mountains. You would need your car to get there.
