Communication was superb. The self-check-in service was straightforward. The property is easy to find. It was a little surprise to find that the property was on the busy high street and I was worried about the noise of the public but once you're in the flat it is unnoticeable, especially at night. It's a very lovely and cosy place to stay and don't let the high street deter you from having a pleasant stay. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Don't forget to turn the boiler on before you complain about not hot water. It was very affordable, had no issues and would stay there again. Thank you again.

Great location and price for a weeks stay in Watford. Couple of downsides was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my colleague. Also the spare bedding wasn’t clean. Sheet and duvet stained. Wardrobe was wobbly and doors hangin off. No basic condiments like salt of pepper Other than those things really nice apartment. Would stay again
