Ideally located in the heart of Estepona downtown and just 150 meters from the beach, this stylish airconditioned two-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, a separate office, bathroom with a hydromassage bath etc. Excellent location in the very center of the city on a quiet pedestrian street: all top sights and hotspots of Estepona are very close, with dozens of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, historical landmarks, as well as beautiful sandy beaches. Spacious and comfy apartment consists of a spacious living room, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms , and an office . Bathroom boasts of a hydromassage bath. Accommodation provides air conditioning (cooling/heating), free high-speed internet with WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob and oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer, washing machine with detergents, clothes dryer, teapot, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and tableware, paper towels, detergents etc.

Lovely ground floor apartment in the beautiful old town of Estepona. Close to multiple cafes and restaurants and the beach but tucked along a quiet street so never bothered by noise. 5 mins taxi to port or 20 mins walk. Apartment lovely and cool in heat of day but has aircon and heating if needed. Functional kitchen with all amenities for self catering if needed. Beds firm but v comfy. Two toilets a bonus. TV and WiFi worked well. Nicolay v welcoming, gave lots of info and maps and checked we were ok during stay. Would highly recommend for a family of 3-4 or 3 friends looking for peaceful place to stay.
We absolutely LOVED our two week stay at Nikolay’s adorable apartment in the old town of Estepona! The neighborhood is incredibly charming! All amenities are within an enjoyable walk. Close to the gorgeous promenade and beaches! Nikolay was incredible responsive and helpful…a very gracious host! Beds were comfortable, water pressure terrific with plenty of hot water, heating and cooling units worked very well. Kitchen well fitted with oven, microwave, and large fridge. Separate room for washer/dryer. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! 5 stars to Nikolay!
La casa está en un lugar muy bueno. La calle es pintoresca, típixa andaluza y peatonal. Además, se encuentra en pleno centro histórico. No es necesario coger el coche para absolutamente nada. Se puede dejar en un parking público por 3 euros al día. Por lo que se puede ir a la zona de restaurantes, tiendas y playa en menos de 5 minutos andando. Por último, se nota que la casa está recien habilitada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y maravillosa.

Beautiful sandy beaches with chiringuitos and cafes are just 150 meters from the house.
There is municipal parking Plaza Antonia Guerrero next to the house at a cost of €3 per day.
Our recommendation would be to explore Estepona on foot.
You can also rent a bike, an electric scooter or a motorcycle, or take a ride on Uber, Bolt, Cabify or a taxi.
