Newly renovated apartment, situated in a beautifull historic villa, just by the sea. The house has a private beach entrance, and a spacious garden with art sculptures, where you can rest, or your kids can play. And the city center is very close! The apartment is situated in a historical villa with a beautiful fenced garden and a beach entrance just down the steps. So no need to drive to the beach, just walk through the garden! :) The beach is public (but rarely someone outside the villa comes here), but the entrance is private (only for house residents). The apartment has 80m2. It is newly renovated and has all the things you'll need. Decorated with care and love, our open space concept includes: totally equipt kithen (with dishwasher), dinning room with a stunning sea view, and a spacious living room with a big TV screen. In the living room there is also a table for all the work on your laptop (if you need it), and a free WIFI. There are also 2 separate bedrooms (each for 2 persons), and a new bathroom. Clean bedding and towels for your visit are included in the price and will be waiting for you at your arrival. The apartment also has it's own side yard, that is a part of the common house garden. Our side yard part has 80m2, and there is a lounge set for 4 people with a table. A free parking space behind the closed door of the garden is available. The apartment is hidden from the traffic so you can enjoy your rest by the sea, but it is very close to the city center (only 5 minutes by car, or 20 min. by foot). There is a possibility of adding an extra bed for infants (up to 4 year old's fit in it), so if you need it just ask!

This is our second time back and as the first time Ana was a perfect and very hospitable host. The apartment is modern and very well appointed with everything you need. Location is ideal with a short bus ride to town centre (walk in 25 mins) and the best being having private access to a beautiful little beach from the back yard gardens. Ana, thank you once again, we will surely return again 😊
Great place for families with kids. We are returning guests (2 years already) and will be back for more. Very private, clean and silent apartment, literally within a stone's throw from the small private beach. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic apartment with the view an close to the ocean! Also charming house with a beautiful garden. Ana (and her friend Andrea) was really helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Also easy to get to downtown Rijeka by bus. The city has a lot to offer. Highly recommended!
Die Wohnung von Ana befindet sich in einer wunderschönen alten Villa direkt am Meer. Der separate Gartenanteil ist schön und hat dir Möglichkeit nasse Kleidung aufzuhängen. Der Garten des Anwesen ist leider etwas ungepflegt bzw. Könnte man da deutlich mehr draus machen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt eher im Kellergeschoss da das Gebäude am Hang liegt. Im Hausflur wo der Eingang zur Wohnung ist riecht es etwas muffig das fanden wir nicht so toll liegt aber evtl am Alter des Hauses. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht den Bildern und der Wohnraum ist klimatisiert. Die Fensterläden verdunkeln die Räume sehr gut. Die Betten waren für uns etwas unbequem aber das ist sicher Geschmacksache. Ich hätte mir noch eine eigene Bettdecke gewünscht (im Schlafzimmer gab es nur eine große Bettdecke, das muss man mögen als Paar) wir hatten allerdings noch eine dünne Decke mit und da es so warm war brauchte ich nicht wirklich eine. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden ☺️

City center is just 5 minutes away by car, but even closer there is the biggest shopping mall called Tower Center Rijeka. It is just 5 minutes by foot from our place!
There you can find supermarket for food, farmacy, hairdressers, and a lot of stores for clothes, toys and electronics. Also fast food places and a big Cinestar movie theather.
Bus station is almost next to our house.
But also taxi service is not expenssive and is a good way to get to a place quickly.
You can also rent a car, in a city center.

The most important things in life to me would be my family and friends. That is something I love and protect the most. Besides that, my big passions are: art, music, traveling, dancing. After finishing Art college, I was doing graphic design for a while, and in 2014. I started my own work, and now I'm working for myself as a jewelry designer. I try to travel at least once a year, with my best friends, broadening my horizons, and living my life to the fullest. I also love to enjoy the little things in life; like morning coffee in that early sunlight, listening to the birds sing, watching my son play, or just singing my favorite song loudly while doing the house choirs! :)
