Live it up on the patio, soaking in the hot tub and snacking on Smores by the campfire. #PatioLife is perfect for you and your friend's family to gather together and relax in the beautiful Kiamichi Mountains just north of Hochatown. This breath taking 7-bedroom cabin is located among towering pines and mountains, all while being a short drive to your local favorites! While the stunning modern interior is sure to please even the pickiest guests, the patio is one of the biggest selling points. Gather around one of the fireplaces with your favorite vacation beverage or soak up the luxury of a massive hot tub on the back deck. All while watching the kids play games not too far away! ☆☆ HIGHLIGHTS ☆☆ ✹ Sleeps 21 ✹ 7 spacious bedrooms; 6 king beds & a bunkroom with 3 triple bunks - total: 15 beds ✹ 7 full bathrooms + 1 half bath; essential toiletries provided ✹ Modern kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances + separate dining area ✹ Coffee maker ✹ Comfortable lounge space ✹ Gas fireplace + outdoor fire pit (guests provide their own firewood & starter) ✹ In-unit laundry ✹ Free parking for multiple vehicles ✹ High-speed WiFi #PatioLife's sleeping arrangements are as follows: First Floor- 3 King bedrooms with attached bathrooms Second Floor- 3 Kind bedrooms with attached bathrooms The Bunk Room: Includes 3 triple bunk beds! That is plenty of space for all of the kids to gather up for game nights, storytelling, and pure happiness. With Ping Pong, Darts, and Air hockey, and Mini basketball on deck for the kids, it may be hard to pull them out of the cabin, unless you promise the hot tub to them! ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will be terminated immediately with no refund. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors. We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest. The Town: If you're looking for outdoor adventures, Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, a giant maze, breweries, and lots of restaurants for fun family dining. Broken Bow Lake is also nearby with swimming areas, kayaking, and tubing. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of the many scenic hiking trails! What To Bring: - Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks - Favorite coffee and creamers - Food/ Snacks - Condiments - Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics - Ice - Personal Toiletries - Firewood and starters Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished. Below is a list of the items: - 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom - 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom - 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom - 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower - 1 roll of paper towels - 1 bottle of dish soap - 2 sponges - 4 dishwasher pods - 4 tall kitchen garbage bags - 5 coffee pods - Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee - Coffee filters - Small powder creamer - Small sugar - Salt/ pepper - 1 small bottle of laundry soap - 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed) WiFi terms and conditions: "WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems. Fireplaces: Available for your enjoyment from October-March. This cabin was everything and more . A lot of space more than need . Quite location friendly neighbors. 2 min walk to a creek. Very Very clean I most say the best I have seen.
This cabin is absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice. It had all the amenities as described. And it was perfect for our annual family spring break trip. Everyone said they had a good sleep every night because the pillows and beds were super comfortable.
This place was perfect for our large group! It was quiet and peacful. We loved the hikes and breweries near by. The hot tub and fire pits were also amazing. We really enjoyed the space, and every room has a private bathroom. There were some issues with our door code on arrival, but Treeline was quick to respond and help us resolve this!! I read another review about wifi trouble— which initially we thought we had until i realized it didnt work to log into the wifi through the air bnb app. Only if you type in the password to your device manually. No further issues with that!!

✔Beavers Bend State Park: Located just a short distance from Broken Bow, Beavers Bend State Park offers a range of family-friendly activities. You can go hiking on scenic trails, enjoy fishing or kayaking on the river, have a picnic in the beautiful surroundings, or even stay overnight in one of the park's cabins or campsites.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. The area does not offer RIDE SHARE (UBER, LYFT) maybe one day soon! If you want to explore HOCHATOWN be sure to pay close attention to your driving locations. Hochatown has some awesome forest and lake views. If you go off paved roads, I highly recommend you have a vehicle that can handle the terrain, 4x4 or AWD preferred.
