This is an excellent travel solution. We liked being just outside of town because it’s peaceful. The animals are fun to visit with and the accommodations were, clean, comfortable and practical. We will stay here on our next visit.

We loved our stay! The home was very comfortable and in a great location. We were fortunate enough to have clear skies and saw the Northern Lights right from the driveway. We were also able to go a bit down the road, at the host's recommendation, to see them from an even better location. This saved us the money we had planned to spend on a lights tour. There was a mother and son staying in the guest house at the same time, and we were able to share the bathroom and kitchen well between the two groups. We also enjoyed our time in the common area discussing our travel plans and sharing tips with each other; the tourism information readily available in the main living area was also helpful to us all. It was great to interact with the animals on the property! The dogs are very friendly, as well as the sheep and horses. When were engaging with the animals, the host welcomed our questions and chatted with us about her farm.

Of all the Airbnb’s this was definitely our favorite. Beautiful location. Friendly people. When we visit Iceland we would definitely come back

This was a fantastic stay with hospitable hosts, friendly animals, and far enough away from the city to see a clear sky. It also helped us get an early jump on the golden circle before the tour groups got out. Highly recommend.

Sigriour had a beautiful place. He was extremely accommodating with anyone we needed or wanted. For example we wanted to use the hot tub and he filled it each night. It was a wonderful stay!
