Had a last minute change of plans in my evenings events and the gentleman behind the desk was nothing short of excellent. He rang me before leaving at 11pm since I had not yet checked in and immediately arranged and sent instructions for me to gain access once I arrived. Room was clean and very neat. Overall had a great stay but the little things like great staff who really go that extra mile to ensure a happy customer is something that should be highly praised as it can make or break the entire experience. Thanks again.

Not sure it quite lived up to my expectations from the description. Could have been improved by emptying the bathroom bin after the last guest. And the bed sank in the middle, which resulted in us rolling into each other. Other than that, the location suited us and it was convenient. Front of house receptionist was very friendly and helpful
