A charming en-suite twin bedroom, complete with high ceiling and enjoying plenty of natural light, stands off the lounge. The whole of the ground floor feels the benefit of underfloor heating. An open tread staircase in the lounge leads up to the first floor, comprising two colourful en-suite king-sized bedrooms, both featuring exposed beams. Outside, as well as the privacy of the small cobbled courtyard, guests have access to a summerhouse and an enclosed lawn enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the perfect place for children and dogs to burn off some energy. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element as they journey along scenic Tarka Trail (5 miles). The bustling port towns of Barnstaple and Bideford (both within 8 miles) offer a range of dog- and family-friendly shops, pubs and eateries.
