Need a country escape, try our modern new shipping container studio. The AVOCA Studio contains a new comfy Queen bed downstairs in the main living area. Climb the ladder to a dbl & single bed in the loft - best suited to kids/teens. Use our full kitchen or visit the Tavern for a meal, (closed Tues), the village has a solar heated pool open in summer months. Relax on the deck with a coffee or a wine, enjoy the stars or explore the walking/biking trails in the area. Smart TV & great wifi. This property has 2 cabins situated 50m apart available on Airbnb. This studio, Avoca, is open plan and faces away from the bigger cabin. The paddock is not fully fenced, so please don't bring pets and keep an eye on your children outside. Plenty of parking onsite, bike shed and outside deck to relax on.

Gorgeous cabin, well equipped, right on the bike trail. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. Would definitely go back.
Photos don't do the place justice. Such a cool cabin with beautiful furnishings; all very nicely designed. Felt rustic, modern and cosy all at the same time. We were only there as a place to crash for one night, but would love to come back with our bikes to spend more time at the cabin and enjoy the area.
Beautiful place to stay. Hoasts provide everything you possibly would need on your stay. We loved our time here and will definately be back!

This is a typical small kiwi farming village with no shops, or store...just a pub! Also a local solar heated town pool is available for you use in summer. Ormaglade cabins are right on the Clutha Gold cycle trail.
The cabin is situated in a paddock on a working farm close to a rural road, there are horses and cows and sometimes tractors and trucks about - a real taste of the country! For these reason we don't allow pets!

We are a family of 4, we have 2 fun children aged 12 and 10yrs. We love kayaking, walking and swimming in the lake. We mountain bike as a family and enjoy getting into nature. We have travelled a lot and love meeting people from other countries. Come and relax in our beautiful part of the world with others.
