This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see islands from the balcony & even Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain towering behind it. The Apartment is perfect for 4 people, since there are 2 separate Bedrooms. If need be 2 more people can be situated on the sofa bed. Other things you can find in the apartment: Kitchen (no dishwasher), AC in living room, 1 Bathroom and a Flat screen TV. Bedroom 1 has a small balcony too. ***For the 2024 summer season, there will be an additional AC Unit in the back room as well. Which means this Apartment will have 2 AC Units. In the living room and back room*** This is a standard apartment. It is not a luxury apartment by any means. Faster WiFi Speed will be available for 2024. Our neighborhood finally got some faster Internet cable installed. It is a no smoking apartment and its perfect for small families or couples who wish to have a little bit more space than in a studio room. The Apartment offers a nice big window in the living room with access to the balcony. Some pictures are mirrored from the apartment next to it, since they are exactly the same, just mirrored. Same floor, same view, same kitchen and equipment. Bed Linen and towels are included in the price. Liquid hand soap is provided as well. Shampoo and Body wash are not included. Mosquito protection is not included and has to be bought, or brought with the guest. Salt & Pepper are in the kitchen and can be used. When you have some garbage at the end of your stay, or during your stay, that you would like to throw away, there are two green garbage containers, upstairs by the upper parking in the corner. The one with the orange top is for paper and cardboard. The others are for everything else. The apartment has accumulated signs of wear over the years. Especially the balcony doors, since some guests do not treat them well and close them too harshly or handle them wrong.
