Very responsive and clear instruction.. place were clean as describe. Highly recommend to stay here if u want to visit melaka river area within walking distance

Place cosy and clean but unfortunately no fans for Masterroom n bedroom 3. But host did provide stand fans living hall and wall fan at bedroom 2.

The place was easy to find and host was very responsive to our queries as well :) Although we took private transport to most places, the place was rather convenient

Overall is very good experience for staying n I did use for the facility like swimming pool. Quite nice and well maintained. But it came for some arguement with the counter person that the trolley was not reserved for the Airbnb usage and he showed us wrong info for checked in. It was so awful arguing with customers even though it was not their own customer instead of airbnb. The pines hotel was separated managed with the airbnb and guests need to be very careful about they showed some info. Hence, will order again from airbnb rather than the hotel as for this time experiencing issues. The manager of the receptionist was also showed very unprofessional behaviour for resolving this problem and mentioned that airbnb definitely can’t use their trolley and others belongings in bad attitude. I can’t tolerate that behaviour from the manager could be like that. Anything need to ask the owner of airbnb should be good
