The apartment is located in the ground floor and has an independent entrance.

We found the place as advertised. The check in instructions were very clear and the check in and check out process itself was easy. The house is conveniently located close to a bus station with regular buses to and from Lugano Centro / Lugano Stazione. The house is also located extremely close to the lake with stunning views of Monte San Salvatore. The hiking trail to the picturesque town of Gandria is also located nearby. Boats are also available from Cassarate to nearby locations. The Funicular to Monte Bré is right behind the house as well. We also found other recommendations for local tourist spots conveniently located in the living room of the Airbnb. Overall, we had a great experience staying in Andrea’s place and would highly recommend it to everyone.
Kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen! Andrea war proaktiv und gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sauber, schön und super gelegen (nahe Bushaltestelle, 1 Minute zu Fuss). Wir würden wieder gehen. Danke!
Nos movemos con auto y es un problema los estacionamientos ( en general en toda Europa)
wir hatten sehr glückliche Tage in Lugano, die Unterkunft ist unfassbar schön gelegen, direkt am See und es gibt so viele wunderbare Ausflugsziele von dort aus und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Andrea ist sehr hilfsbereit und für ihre Gäste da und hat auftretende Probleme wie Unsauberkeit so rasch wie möglich zu beheben versucht. Lugano und das Tessin sind einfach herrlich - absolut empfehlenswert!🤩
The place is amazing. Just like in the pictures, modern, clean and very nicely decorated. You are 1 minute away from the lake, the area is peaceful with many stores around. The location is very easily accessible, not even 10 min from lugano train station and maybe 5 min from lugano centro. The bus connections are great. Andrea is an amazing host, so uncomplicated and friendly. She was always so fast to respond to any questions and had kind words always. Can only recommend! We will definitely be back.

- Just a few steps away from the apartment you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket a laundry shop and even a boat rental!
- The closest bus stop is less than a minute away from the apartment, with a bus that passes every 15 minutes to go to the city center and the train station!
- If you decide to walk to the city center you'll have to walk for 10 - 15 minutes, and you will walk by the lake the whole time!, on the way you will pass restaurants, the LIDO of Lugano, Tennis courts, Parco Ciani and more!
