Exactly as presented.
Aside from a check-in problem (apparently the rental had appeared on 2 different sites and the guests booked through the other site arrived earlier so no key in lock box), however Evolve rep arrived within 15 minutes and put us up in another unit that was available, got us set up with all necessities, made sure we were OK with everything. She was very apologetic and could not have been nicer, so all's well that ends well. We were given monetary compensation, so clearly not just lip service.
This home was beautiful and perfect for a weekend stay. We even got to see fireworks from our window. I highly recommend staying here and you will receive instant response and help if you need anything.
