Place was a good deal for what it was. Good location but driveway was not great on your car. You just need to ensure to come and go at the right angle and depending on car you might still scrape. The house looked like it for sale and just not as kept up. We lit some candles which helped with smell. The hot water also didn’t last for several ladies as we were there for dance comp.

The property is spacious and nice. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Sofas were spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication prior to arrival. There was no forewarning about the steep driveway entry. This resulted in damage to back bumper and muffler. Advise potential renters to use caution, drive at an angle, or no one in back seat. Patio door was difficult to lock. There were not enough wash clothes for family. We bought more at local store. Twin beds seemed worn out and made crunching noise upon movement. Second bathroom upstairs toilet seat needs replacing. After the second shower, the hot water ran out. Bathroom and doors had dust build up but countertops were clean. The deck had excessive spider webs. The deck furniture cushions were scattered and disarray. Could not find working remote to TV on deck. No stair rail for garage steps.

All the appliances were excellent and the couches were very comfortable as well as the beds are very nice area off the back of the house for barbecuing and lounging excellent location to supermarket and local stores

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home the pictures were an accurate depiction( nice backyard, BGE, jacuzzi, family rooms & bedrooms). However, the major needed improvements were not posted. To start, the upstairs toilets were stained (very cringing ), the master bedroom floor squeaked with every step, the kitchen table was beyond sticky (very likely from an improper glaze coat/refinishing project), very cheap appliances (coffee maker, blender, pans), and there was a house stench that was could only be covered up by candles. Providing evidence that this house was vacant for a copious amount of time then haphazardly rushed onto this site for peak season.This house has potential for a 5 stars with some key maintance and care. Also, we were asked a couple of times when we plan to check out because it was going to be flip shortly after we left. This did not make us feel welcomed or appreciated. Lastly, PLEASE add a disclaimer for the steep driveway as our SUV hatch was damaged.

The house was very nice and roomy. We enjoyed our stay.
