The apartment looks exactly the same as in the photo. The bathroom is clean, and the bed is comfortable. There are some ants in the kitchen. The instructions are very clear and easy to check in and out. Security is very tight in this area. One con is that there is construction around that area and traffic is bad during peak hours.

I have stayed in R&F Princess Cove a few times with other owners before. But nothing can match Anju’s Apartment. Collecting and returning the keys are hassle-free. We were surprised when we entered the apartment because it was clean, had working air conditioning, a functioning smart TV with Netflix, and a water dispenser by Cuckoo. The most important is they provided two pillows (other owners only provide one each, which is not enough) for each guest, which make our sleep very comfortable. The beds are like clouds. I fell asleep instantly after I lay down. We were very happy with our stay, and we would only trust Anju if we were to return to R&F Princess Cover. I can assure you that this apartment is RECOMMENDED! You will not regret it! Choose Anju! Their cleanliness, furniture, air conditioning and services are top-notch! SUPERB STAY! WE WILL BE BACK!

The unit reek of cigarette smell. Previously guest must have smoked throughout the house. Otherwise, all's good. Location wise it will get abit jam during peak hours as its super near the custom.
