Rent an excellent room in Janesville and have the comfort of a home with full kitchen, bathroom, living room, fenced patio, and barbecue at your disposal. Quiet area to rest with your lovely family and friends. “Bedroom 8” (room # 8) is a comfortable accommodation for two people with private TV, closet, work desk, queen bed, and AC. The house also offers a newly renovated guest bathroom. It’s a perfect place for one-night or long-term stay. Your pet will be welcome at no charge. 🦮🐈 The patio, the complete kitchen, the bathroom and the living room are at the guest's disposal, but they are shared areas with other guests, if any. However, the bedroom with TV, closet, work desk and AC are private areas for the guest.

The house was very comfortable and a homey place to stay for a week. It is well-set up for people traveling alone or with one other person. The kitchen was well-equipped and I appreciated being able to cook breakfast. The only missing item was a cutting board, which is not essential. The living room was cosy, a bit small if we had been a group of four, however great for one person working on a laptop. I really appreciated being able to park in the driveway for peace of mind about the rental car! It was great to know that Maura and her husband were available and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, they have provided a comfortable and very functional place to stay durya visit to Janesville.
Inexpensive space with a large backyard for the dogs. There is only one bathroom for four rooms, so that could mean up to 8 adults sharing one bathroom. The shared kitchen was sufficient for minimal meals and food storage in the refrigerator/freezer. Maura was very communicative.

Maura was amazing! Check in was very easy and the instructions were clear. I left my glasses and Maura was kind enough to send them to me! Would stay here again :)

Residential neighborhood, there are no industries, car noise and school nearby. Excellent place to be with family, to work and rest.

I’m a business owner and I’m always looking for ways to keep myself busy. Originally from Brazil, I moved to the USA in 2012 with my husband to be closer to my daughter and granddaughters. I am a culture and diversity lover who values people and their ways of life. In Brazil, I was a university professor in the field of languages and literature and after retiring, my husband and I opened our own handcraft business, which we brought to the United States. I love spending time with friends and family and my dogs are my world. I value organization and cleanliness and I’m always ready to receive guests. One of my passions is photography. In 2017, I studied professional photography and acquired my certificate in professional photography. My other passions are reading, acquire new skills, and traveling, I have traveled to many different countries and have learned the individual beauty of each place. I am also trilingual: Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
