The open floor plan allows our guests the ability to spend quality time together given that the kitchen, living room and ping pong room are all somewhat conjoined with an open line of sight to one another. Our home provides a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner including Bakeware, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Cutting Boards, Knives, Place Settings for up to 12, Air Fryer, Gas Range, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. Enjoy one of the many options from our Coffee Bar which includes an Espresso Machine, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and Hot Tea. No need to pack coffee or tea as we have you set up with whole coffee beans for the espresso maker, a variety of sweeteners and nondairy coffee mate creamer. A coffee bean grinder is also available in the event you select drip coffee or the French press as your option. The living room has an 80" smart Tv, two couches, gas fireplace, games with large coffee/game table. The games are in two wooden crates below the TV. Be sure to grab the brown leather bench seat located below the built in shelves to make yourself comfortable while playing board games. Adjacent to the living room is the Ping Pong table for your enjoyment. BEDROOMS: Sanitation/cleanliness is extremely important to us, each bedroom is equipped with protective pillow and mattress covers, all of which are then topped with luxury hypo-allergenic bedding, comforters, and duvet covers. Each room also has tissue, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, a laundry basket and luggage rack. *Master Bedroom: King size bed, 65” Smart TV, large walk-in closet, dresser, 2 night stands and direct access to back yard patio/spa. *Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, 50” Smart TV, large closet, dresser, 1 nightstand and is located next to bathroom #2. *Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, 50” Smart TV, large closet, dresser, 2 side tables, a large full-length mirror and is at the end of the hall and next to bedroom 2. *Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, 50” Smart TV, large closet, dresser, 1 side table, a large full-length mirror and is located next to bathroom #3 and the laundry room. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, hand soap, hand towels and black make-up wash cloths. *Master bathroom: his and her vanities, walk in shower, jetted bathtub, and private toilet room. *Bathroom #2: full size bathroom with separate area for the tub shower and toilet. *Bathroom 3: full size bathroom with tub shower and toilet. LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room is equipped with a front-loading washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and a steamer, along with dry sheets and laundry pods for your laundry needs. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided with a utility sink in the laundry room. While the garage is available for use, a garage door remote is not. For those of you who have an Electric Vehicle, we have you covered with a 50 Amp Dedicated Circuit for your vehicle charging needs. We offer high speed internet which allows you to stream movies/TV Shows from your own Netflix/Hulu/Etc. accounts with ease and if you find yourself needing to conduct a Zoom/Teams Meeting, our internet speed will also have you covered.
