Everything was great and exactly as described except the fact that the house was in a “back area” of the building and the elevator was squeaky and a bit scary. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great stay in this property, really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the area of Paris that it is located in. Gorgeous building and incredible views.
Logement couteux sur l'une des plus belle avenue parisienne où les prestation ne sont pas au niveau. Salle de bain sans VMC donc très humide, le ménage laisse à désirer. Seulement deux prises (cuisine) fonctionnent dans tous l'appartement. Les murs sont très fins et l'ascenseur très bruyant ce qui rend les nuits peu paisibles. Les draps pour le lit gigogne qui devaient être fournis n'y étaient pas, lorsque l'agence à été prévenue ils nous ont dit qu'il nous les porteraient dans la soirée... Deux jours plus tard et après 3 échanges on m'a assuré que les draps étaient arrivés mais nous n'avions toujours pas de draps... Les managers n'étaient pas disponibles et injoignables. L'erreur est humaine mais c'est la manière et le délai de réaction qui compte. Je ne parlerais pas de l'accueil des voisins qui nous ont pris pour des voleurs... Bref très très mauvaise expérience et aucune aide des loueurs ce qui est très dommage et en désaccord du cadre décrit dans l'annonce.
