Guillermo is one of the best hosts I have ever had! He always responded very quickly, was thoughtful with recommendations, went above and beyond to help in all ways and made me feel like I was at home since the moment I arrived. He gave me very clear instructions and made me aware of the house rules which make the co-living with the other guests great. The apartment was clean and the bedroom has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bedroom is not facing the exterior so it is very quiet at night and the bed is very comfy! The Wi-Fi in the flat is very fast and stable and there is a desk in the room so perfect if you are working remotely. The kitchen has all the items you’d need and you'll have your own fridge compartment and cupboard to store your food which is very handy. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks Guillermo for making my stay in Alicante a pleasant one!

L’hôte était vraiment réactive, très gentille on peut l’appeler et lui envoyer des messages autant gros si on a un problème mais y en a pas de problème et vraiment vraiment recommandé très propre tout neuf immeuble sécurisé pas très loin du centre et au niveau prix, c’est parfait

Guillermo is the kindest and most helpful host. He responds to messages at any time of the day and is always happy to help. The airbnb is extremely clean and quiet. Never really bumped into anyone else staying there. The location is great, a lot of public transport connections to the centre, you never have to walk more than 5 minutes before you find a bus. Walking around the area feels really safe at night too, as a female traveller. Had a perfect stay here, definitely prefer staying here amongst the locals rather than in a hotel. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars for Guillermo!

Todo perfecto. Si bien es un piso con varias habitaciones, las reglas de convivencia eran claras, el ambiente fue muy tranquilo y silencioso. cocina completa, habitación impecable y bien decorada. Guillermo es atento y contesta muy rápido a cualquier consulta. recomiendo!!!
