A peaceful suburb, close to various amenities. A mall within the space of 2 kms has all the regular stores that you may need, including a Virgin Active Gym. You will have easy access to the N3 and N12 as well as the N1. A number of fast food outlets are in close proximity and may be accessed through delivery or collection means.
The house has sufficient parking in the garage for 2 cars and in the driveway for a further two cars. Ensure that the main driveway gate is closed at all times and a garage door remote is attached to the house keys.
