Excellent accueil des hôtes qui sont restés disponibles pendant toute la durée du séjour. Le logement est situé dans une résidence propre au calme et sécurisé. Nous avons profité du parking souterrain pour y garer notre van en toute sécurité. Le centre touristique de Rome est à 15 mn en empruntant le tram. L’arrêt du tram est à 5 mn à pied. Les tickets sont achetés au bureau de tabac à quelques pas. Nous avons pu profiter de cette belle ville car nous avons bénéficié d’un super confort chez Ubaldo et son épouse. Nous vous recommandons ce logement.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist neu, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Anbindung nach Rom ist unkompliziert. Ubaldo und Simonetta sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
Stay was fantastic. Apartment was very modern, clean, spacious. Upscale apartment. Very secure and safe. Neighbors were friend and supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommended. Ubaldo was a great host. He went out of his way to get us in earlier as we requested.
Their home was very modern and inviting. Ubaldo and Simonetta were very pleasant and responded to any questions quickly. We were provided with a well stocked refrigerator. When we left they gave us a delicious tiramisu as a parting gift. We want to thank them for their hospitality!
We enjoyed staying in this apartment which is modern, stylish, and new. It felt like home. We liked the attention to detail, the place was incredibly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Ubaldo and Simonetta were very welcoming hosts, they provided all the necessary information. Me and my family had a great stay and we recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!

There are several ways to reach our home!
Directly from Rome TERMINI station, take tram number 5 or 14 and get off at the Prenestina/Tor de Schiavi stop, walk for 3 minutes and you will have arrived!
As an alternative to the tram, again from Roma Termini Station, take the subway, Line B, direction Rebibbia, and get off at the Tiburtina Fs stop. From Tiburtina station, take the regional train towards Tivoli (approximately 2-3 trains per hour) and get off at the Pisino Serenissima stop (arrival time 8 minutes), walk for 300m and you will reach number 155 of via Pisino.
Again from Tiburtina Station, as an alternative to the regional train, take one of the following buses no. 542, 544, 548 get off at the Serenissima Pisino stop.
Rome Ciampino airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by taxi
