Lovely apartment spacious with high ceilings. Very bright with two balconies. Beds very comfortable and lots of storage for clothes. Very close to metro and supermercats and restaurants. Unfortunately :( Intermittent wifi led to issues with Netflix and television. Repair man had to come twice. Response on the phone for help was very quick. Floors are very dirty especially in the bathroom. Seem like they haven’t been washed. Dishes were not properly cleaned by previous guests. Change of linen/towels was due to happen on 25th December as per a message from the team. No one arrived and we received no contact. When we contacted you we were told that no one in the team was available that day for cleaning. Good response clean towels were dropped off which were much appreciated but lack of communication was poor. Main door onto street does not properly close . Returned to find it open many times. The area is nice so no problem but does need to be fixed.

Great apartment in a good location in the city. Was very clean. Nice open concept living room and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding and pillows. Would highly recommend this place.
