Aren was a lovely and responsive host. She answered all of my questions patiently and was very quick to reply. I was a bit apprehensive at first because the listing didn’t have any reviews, but the place exceeded my expectations. Check-in and check-out process: Aren provided an extremely detailed step by step PDF of how to check in, park, and get to the room. Super clear and easy. The room: The room was spotless and so clean, including the bathroom. It looks exactly like the pictures and it was so cosy and comfortable. The bedsheets were spotless, towels provided, and the pillows were nice and comfy. The space is big, so there’s 2 ACs installed, but even just 1 on is good enough. Amenities: Netflix is available (but you have to use your own account), and there’s a pool and gym as well. The building itself looks old, but Aren did up the room so nicely that the surroundings don’t matter too much. Overall, so worth the price and thank you for being such a lovely host!

Location is actually good, right behind the busy Austin Heights main road. Not walking distance but for those who drive will be very convenient and quiet at the same time. The apartment is facing the lake, quite a nice view. No need to cook in the area, plenty of good food around to enjoy! I recommend this place
