All couches have springs sticking out underneath the upholstery or hardboard underneath. No bath plug for the bath and no kitchen sink plug for our entire stay even though I advised her early into our stay. she said she would sort the issue but it never happened and then when i asked for a $50 a night refund she refused and said we could of washed our dishes without a plug.. i submitted these issues to air bnb with all the proof including photos and videos and messages between us both. I received the entire amount of $500 from them. Now she also said why extend your stay, I booked this for pure convenience as it was close to a job. If there was anything else available in the area at the time I would have left immediately. But there was only one other which was booked. the rooms were fine but the manager is clearly full of false promises and excuses and then has the cheek to make you feel like your being dramatic about asking for things that you have paid for. Worst experience
